Start your day with this relaxing and interactive, meditation and mindfulness journey, exploring the ocean waves of New York. You’ll have an opportunity to see the waves in a new way, smell the ocean in a new way, and hear the ocean in a new way, all from the center of Manhattan in a cozy, inviting gallery space.

Taking place at Altowa Image, the gallery of Alexander Walsh’s ocean photographs,  Mindfulness Teacher and Coach Jen Potocnik will guide you through an interactive experience. Walk away feeling more relaxed and calm while practicing meditation and mindfulness and interacting with the ocean in a new way.
