WAVES & WONDER: A Sensory Journey with Ocean Art
Experience the ocean waves of New York right here in Manhattan!
Start your day with this relaxing and interactive, mindfulness journey, exploring the ocean waves of New York. You’ll have an opportunity to see the waves in a new way, smell the ocean in a new way, and hear the ocean in a new way, all from the center of Manhattan in a cozy, inviting gallery space.
Taking place at Altowa Image, the gallery of Alexander Walsh’s ocean photographs, Mindfulness Teacher and Coach Jen Potocnik will guide you through an interactive experience. Walk away feeling more relaxed and calm while practicing mindfulness and interacting with the ocean in a new way.
Our first event is free, future events will have a ticketed fee. Don’t miss out on this journey through oceans and mindfulness in Manhattan.

Atlantic City celebrates the raw energy, rebellious spirit, and visual power of surfing, skating, and graffiti cultures. These dynamic movements have shaped generations, inspired communities, and pushed artistic boundaries for decades. This exhibition brings together a collection of contemporary artists, muralists, and designers whose work captures the essence of life on the edge. The artists selected reflect a shared language of freedom, innovation, and fearless self-expression. By combining surf, skate, and graffiti art, this exhibition honors the spirit of Atlantic City's urban shore—a place where boundaries blur, risks are rewarded, and creativity rides free.

I’d like to take a moment to invite you to the 2025 Ripple Creative Fine Art Fair at Hempstead House, in Sands Point, February 8th and 9th.
Over 30 artists across a variety of mediums will showcase their work in this amazing and historic venue.
The show starts with a VIP Preview and Cocktail Reception on Saturday, from 5 to 7 PM.
This is a great chance to mingle with artists and get an exclusive first look at the artwork. A limited number of tickets are available for this portion of the event.
On Sunday, February 9th, the Fair opens to the public from 10 AM to 4 PM.

Brookdale Park, with more than 121 acres, is the third largest park in the Essex County Department of Parks, our Rose Squared partner. Once a gathering place for the Lenni-Lenape Indians this easily accessible park with ample complimentary patron parking is a captivating setting and has a fantastic layout for strolling through the art show while shopping and engaging with artists.

The Other Art Fair Brooklyn
I am very excited to be participating in my first NYC art fair hosted by The Other Art Fair. The event will take place November 9 - 12 at the Zero Space in Brooklyn. This show has a great reputation with just under 150 artists coming from around the globe to participate. If you are able, I highly recommend you attend. Challenger Athletics - Gilgo Beach Surf Camp
Challenger Athletics Inc. is an organization dedicated to providing sport programs to people with learning and physical disabilities, who, because of their disability are unable to participate in mainstream programs.
I had the opportunity to document the September 2023 Surf Camp held at Gilgo beach. This was a massive event with many volunteers and students, and I am so grateful to have had the opportunity to participate.
